Hummus Bros (88 Wardour Street, W1. Tel. 020 7734 1311). This newly opened shrine to hummus was dreamt up by two college friends on a mission to give the chickpea snack all the limelight it deserves. The hummus is served with tasty toppings and warm pitta bread, or if you fancy something different there are (hummus-free) soups, salads and deserts too.
